This Form 8-K/A is filed to amend in its entirety the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by INmune Bio Inc. with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 23, 2022.

Item 8.01. Other Events.

On May 23, 2022, INmune Bio Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company was informed via e-mail communication from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requesting additional information around Chemistry Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) of the newly manufactured XPro1595 (XPro™). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
