Item 8.01 Other Events
On July 5, 2022, Planet 13 Holdings Inc. issued a press release announcing the purchase of a 23 acre parcel, with a 10,500 square foot building currently located thereon, for its planned cultivation and processing expansion near Ocala, Florida. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
