Related Party Transactions HyVia Our 50/50 joint venture, HyVia, manufactures and sells fuel cell powered electric light commercial vehicles (“FCE-LCVs”) and supplies hydrogen fuel and fueling stations to support the FCE-LCV market, in each case primarily in Europe. For the three months ended September 30, 2023 and 2022, we recognized related party total revenue of $3.1 million and $0.4 million, respectively. For the nine months ended September 30, 2023 and 2022, we recognized related party total revenue of $9.2 million and $2.4 million, respectively. As of September 30, 2023 and December 31, 2022, we had outstanding accounts receivable of $9.4 million and $3.4 million, respectively. |
