Asset retirement obligations
We are required to return certain of our leased facilities to their original state at the conclusion of our lease. As of March 31, 2024, the present value of this obligation was $29.2 million (June 30, 2023—$31.3 million), with an undiscounted value of $32.1 million (June 30, 2023—$35.0 million), inclusive of $0.7 million of asset retirement obligations reclassified to Liabilities held for sale.
