(1) Consists of time deposits, money market deposit accounts and money market funds. The remaining contractual maturities for the certificates of deposits classified as short-term investments are one month to 12 months at both March 31, 2024 and December 31, 2023. In addition, the Company invested in Corporate-Owned Life Insurance (COLI). As of March 31, 2024 and December 31, 2023, the contract value of the COLI was $48 million and $47 million, respectively.
