Subsequent Events Senior Notes Issuance In July 2024, WMI issued $750 million of 4.950% senior notes due 2027 and $750 million of 4.950% senior notes due 2031, the net proceeds of which were $1.5 billion. The net proceeds were used primarily to reduce outstanding borrowings under our commercial paper program. Acquisition On July 15, 2024, we completed the acquisition of Winters Bros. Waste Systems, a large regional waste and recycling company based in Long Island, New York with total purchase price of $550 million. |
