| SUBSEQUENT EVENT | SUBSEQUENT EVENT In July 2024, eVenus received FDA approval of a generic version of EXPAREL—the Company’s bupivacaine liposome injectable suspension product. This generic version of EXPAREL is part of multiple ongoing and pending patent infringement litigations, with a decision on the first case expected in the coming days. Refer to Note 15, Commitments and Contingencies, for information on the related legal proceedings.
