| Equity | Equity As of June 30, 2024, the Company had 988,591,250 authorized and 158,989,890 issued and outstanding shares of Class A common stock. As of December 31, 2023, the Company had 988,591,250 authorized and 158,999,886 issued and outstanding shares of Class A common stock. Class A common stock entitles the holder to one vote on all matters submitted to a vote of the Company’s stockholders. Common stockholders are entitled to receive dividends, as may be declared by the Company’s board of directors. As of June 30, 2024, and December 31, 2023, no common stock dividends have been declared. As of June 30, 2024, and December 31, 2023, the Company had 796,950 and 996,188 authorized and issued shares of Class B common stock, respectively, also referred to as the Alignment Shares.
