6. Common Stock

 

At June 30, 2024, the Company had 131,903,029 shares of common stock outstanding (December 31, 2023 - 131,903,029 shares).

 

The calculation of the basic and diluted loss per share for the six months ended June 30, 2024 was based on the loss attributable to common stockholders of $472,725 (December 31, 2023 - $596,013) and a weighted average number of shares of common stock outstanding of 131,903,029 (December 31, 2023 - 131,903,029 shares).

 

At June 30, 2024, 10,050,000 stock options were excluded from the diluted weighted average number of shares calculation as their effect would have been anti-dilutive (December 31, 2023 - 6,300,000 stock options).
