ORGANIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS	NOTE 1 – ORGANIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS GOLDENWELL BIOTECH INC. (the “Company”) was incorporated in the State of Nevada on August 20, 2019. The company address is 581 Boston Mills Road, Suite 300, Hudson, Ohio 44087. The Company is in the development stage whose purpose is R&D, production and sales health cares and supplements products.
