| Related Party Transactions | Related Party Transactions During the fiscal year ended January 31, 2020, the Company began leasing certain office facilities from a company affiliated with Board members of the Company. Lease expenses under these leases totaled $0.4 million and $0.3 million during the three months ended October 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively, and $1.3 million and $1.2 million during the nine months ended October 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively. The Company has entered into an advertising agreement with a company affiliated with a Board member of the Company. Advertising expenses under this agreement totaled $0.3 million and $0.5 million during the three months ended October 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively, and $1.3 million and $1.5 million during the nine months ended October 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively.
