| Subsequent Event | 15. Subsequent Event On December 5, 2024, the Company announced that Sytse Sijbrandij, co-founder of the Company, will resign from his position as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, effective December 5, 2024. In connection with his resignation, Mr. Sijbrandij was appointed as the Executive Chair of the Company’s board of directors. On December 5, 2024, the Company also announced that William Staples has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Company’s board of directors.
