| Commitments and Contingencies | 14. Commitments and contingencies Legal Matters From time to time, Informa TechTarget may be subject to legal actions and claims in the ordinary course of business. Management does not believe that the outcome of such proceedings will have a materially adverse effect on Informa TechTarget’s financial position, results of operations or cash flows. Legal fees and other costs related to litigation and other legal proceedings are expensed as incurred and are included in general and administrative expenses in the accompanying consolidated statements of income (loss) and comprehensive income (loss). |
