NOTE 16. COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES

we
 
have
 
issued
 
guarantees
 
with
 
various
 
terms
 
of
 
$
163.5
 
million
 
for
 
the
 
debt
 
and
 
other
 
obligations
 
of
 
non-
consolidated affiliates, mainly CPW.
 
This amount represents the
 
maximum potential obligation that
 
we could be required to pay
 
under
the guarantees.
 
We
 
have determined
 
the likelihood
 
of any
 
significant
 
amounts being
 
paid under
 
these guarantees
 
to be
 
remote.
 
Off-
balance sheet arrangements were not material as of May 25, 2025.
