| Nature of Business | 1. Nature of Business Syndax Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company advancing innovative cancer therapies. We currently have two commercially approved products and a robust slate of clinical development programs. We were incorporated in Delaware in 2005. We have operations in New York, NY, and we operate in one segment. References in these notes to consolidated financial statements to “Syndax,” “the Company,” “we,” “us” or “our” refer to Syndax Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries.
