The Company seeks to advance and develop its Bear Lodge REE Project, which could lead to the future production of REEs or other value-adding strategic transactions. These activities are currently focused in the State of Wyoming. The Company reported no revenues during the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025 and 2024. The operating segment’s chief decision maker is the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”). |
