On August 9, 2024, following a portfolio review, the Company’s Board of Directors approved a restructuring plan (“Restructuring Plan”) designed to re-prioritize the Company’s resources to focus on its core multi-cancer early detection (“MCED”) business and reduce overall spend as the Company progresses towards completion of registrational studies and premarket approval application (“PMA”) submission. The Restructuring Plan was substantially completed in the fourth quarter of 2024, and the Company incurred $18.3 million of total restructuring charges from August 9, 2024 through December 31, 2024, consisting primarily of employee severance, benefits, payroll taxes, asset impairments and other associated costs.
