Subsequent Events	Note 18 – Subsequent Events Management has evaluated events and transactions subsequent to the balance sheet date through the date of this report (the day the financial statements were available to be issued) for potential recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. Capital Contribution On October 27, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing, among other developments, that co-founders Claudia and Ira Goldfarb committed to personally contribute up to $1,000,000 for working capital needs. The commitments are expected to close in early November.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
