| Intangible Assets, Indefinite-Lived, Policy | INTANGIBLE ASSETS The Company has applied the provisions of ASC topic 350 - Intangible - goodwill and other, in accounting for its intangible assets. Intangible assets are being amortized on a straight-line method on the basis of a useful life of 5 to 17 years. The balance at October 31, 2025 and January 31, 2025 was $190,000 and $0, respectively.
