VistaShares DIVBoost Dividend Leaders Distribution ETF | High Dividend Style Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

High Dividend Style Risk. While the Fund may hold securities of companies that have historically paid a high dividend yield, those companies may reduce or discontinue their dividends, thus reducing the yield of the Fund. Low priced securities in the Fund may be more susceptible to these risks. Past dividend payments are not a guarantee of future dividend payments. Also, the market return of high dividend yield securities, in certain market conditions, may be worse than the market return of other investment strategies or the overall stock market.

VistaShares DIVBoost Dividend Leaders Distribution ETF | Derivatives Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

Derivatives Risk. Derivatives are financial instruments that derive value from the underlying reference asset or assets, such as stocks, bonds, or funds (including ETFs), interest rates or indexes. The Fund’s investments in derivatives may pose risks in addition to, and greater than, those associated with directly investing in securities or other ordinary investments, including risk related to the market, imperfect correlation with underlying investments or the Fund’s other portfolio holdings, higher price volatility, lack of availability, counterparty risk, liquidity, valuation and legal restrictions. The use of derivatives is a highly specialized activity that involves investment techniques and risks different from those associated with ordinary portfolio securities transactions. The use of derivatives may result in larger losses or smaller gains than directly investing in securities. When the Fund uses derivatives, there may be an imperfect correlation between the value of the Underlying Security and the derivative, which may prevent the Fund from achieving its investment objective. Because derivatives often require only a limited initial investment, the use of derivatives may expose the Fund to losses in excess of those amounts initially invested. In addition, the Fund’s investments in derivatives are subject to the following risks:

VistaShares DIVBoost Dividend Leaders Distribution ETF | Options Contracts [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

Options Contracts. The use of options contracts involves investment strategies and risks different from those associated with ordinary portfolio securities transactions. The prices of options are volatile and are influenced by, among other things, actual and anticipated changes in the value of the underlying instrument, including the anticipated volatility, which are affected by fiscal and monetary policies and by national and international political, changes in the actual or implied volatility or the reference asset, the time remaining until the expiration of the option contract and economic events. For the Fund in particular, the value of the options contracts in which it invests is substantially influenced by the value of the Underlying Security. The Fund may experience substantial downside from specific option positions and certain option positions held by the Fund may expire worthless. The options held by the Fund are exercisable at the strike price on their expiration date. As an option approaches its expiration date, its value typically increasingly moves with the value of the underlying instrument. However, prior to such date, the value of an option generally does not increase or decrease at the same rate as the underlying instrument. There may at times be an imperfect correlation between the movement in the values of options contracts and the underlying instrument, and there may at times not be a liquid secondary market for certain options contracts. The value of the options held by the Fund will be determined based on market quotations or other recognized pricing methods. Additionally, to the extent the Fund maintains indirect exposure to the Underlying Security through the use of options contracts, as the options contracts it holds are exercised or expire it will enter into new options contracts, a practice referred to as “rolling.” If the expiring options contracts do not generate proceeds enough to cover the cost of entering into new options contracts, the Fund may experience losses.

VistaShares DIVBoost Dividend Leaders Distribution ETF | Swap Agreements [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

Swap Agreements. The use of swap transactions is a highly specialized activity, which involves investment techniques and risks different from those associated with ordinary portfolio securities transactions. Whether the Fund will be successful in using swap agreements to achieve its investment goal depends on the ability of the Adviser to structure such swap agreements in accordance with the Fund’s investment objective and to identify counterparties for those swap agreements. Additionally, any financing, borrowing or other costs associated with using swap transactions may also have the effect of lowering the Fund’s return.

The swap agreements in which the Fund invests are generally traded in the over-the-counter market, which generally has less transparency than exchange-traded derivatives instruments. In a standard swap transaction, two parties agree to exchange the return (or differentials in rates of return) earned or realized on particular predetermined reference assets or underlying securities or instruments. The gross return to be exchanged or swapped between the parties is calculated based on a notional amount or the return on or change in value of a particular dollar amount invested in a basket of securities.

If an underlying security has a dramatic move that causes a material decline in the Fund’s net assets, the terms of a swap agreement between the Fund and its counterparty may permit the counterparty to immediately close out the swap transaction with the Fund. In that event, the Fund could be forced to invest directly in the underlying security at a potentially unfavorable time.

VistaShares DIVBoost Dividend Leaders Distribution ETF | Counterparty Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

Counterparty Risk. The Fund is subject to counterparty risk by virtue of its investments in options contracts. Transactions in some types of derivatives, including options, are required to be centrally cleared (“cleared derivatives”). In a transaction involving cleared derivatives, the Fund’s counterparty is a clearing house rather than a bank or broker. Since the Fund is not a member of clearing houses and only members of a clearing house (“clearing members”) can participate directly in the clearing house, the Fund will hold cleared derivatives through accounts at clearing members. In cleared derivatives positions, the Fund will make payments (including margin payments) to and receive payments from a clearing house through their accounts at clearing members. Customer funds held at a clearing organization in connection with any options contracts are held in a commingled omnibus account and are not identified to the name of the clearing member’s individual customers. As a result, assets deposited by the Fund with any clearing member as margin for options may, in certain circumstances, be used to satisfy losses of other clients of the Fund’s clearing member. In addition, although clearing members guarantee performance of their clients’ obligations to the clearing house, there is a risk that the assets of the Fund might not be fully protected in the event of the clearing member’s bankruptcy, as the Fund would be limited to recovering only a pro rata share of all available funds segregated on behalf of the clearing member’s customers for the relevant account class. The Fund is also subject to the risk that a limited number of clearing members are willing to transact on the Fund’s behalf, which heightens the risks associated with a clearing member’s default. If a clearing member defaults the Fund could lose some or all of the benefits of a transaction entered into by the Fund with the clearing member. If the Fund cannot find a clearing member to transact with on the Fund’s behalf, the Fund may be unable to effectively implement its investment strategy.

VistaShares DIVBoost Dividend Leaders Distribution ETF | Equity Market Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

Equity Market Risk. The prices of equity securities rise and fall daily. These price movements may result from factors affecting individual issuers, industries or the stock market as a whole. In addition, equity markets tend to move in cycles which may cause stock prices to fall over a short and extended periods of time. In a declining stock market, stock prices for all companies (including those in the Fund’s portfolio) may decline, regardless of their long-term prospects.

VistaShares DIVBoost Dividend Leaders Distribution ETF | Large-Capitalization Investing [Member]

  ○ Large-Capitalization Investing. The securities of large-capitalization companies may be relatively mature compared to smaller companies and therefore subject to slower growth during times of economic expansion. Large capitalization companies may also be unable to respond quickly to new competitive challenges, such as changes in technology and consumer tastes.

VistaShares DIVBoost Dividend Leaders Distribution ETF | Distribution Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

Distribution Risk. As part of the Fund’s investment objective to provide current income, the Fund seeks to provide income distributions on a quarterly or more frequent basis. There is no assurance that the Fund will make a distribution in any given quarter. If the Fund does make distributions, the amounts of such distributions will likely vary greatly from one distribution to the next.

VistaShares DIVBoost Dividend Leaders Distribution ETF | Economic and Market Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

Economic and Market Risk. Economies and financial markets throughout the world are becoming increasingly interconnected, which increases the likelihood that events or conditions in one country or region will adversely impact markets or issuers in other countries or regions. Securities in the Fund’s portfolio may underperform in comparison to securities in the general financial markets, a particular financial market, or other asset classes, due to a number of factors, including inflation (or expectations for inflation), deflation (or expectations for deflation), interest rates, global demand for particular products or resources, market instability, financial system instability, debt crises and downgrades, embargoes, tariffs, sanctions and other trade barriers, regulatory events, other governmental trade or market control programs and related geopolitical events. In addition, the value of the Fund’s investments may be negatively affected by the occurrence of global events such as war, terrorism, environmental disasters, natural disasters or events, country instability, and infectious disease epidemics or pandemics. The imposition by the U.S. of tariffs on goods imported from foreign countries and reciprocal tariffs levied on U.S. goods by those countries also may lead to volatility and instability in domestic and foreign markets.

VistaShares DIVBoost Dividend Leaders Distribution ETF | Authorized Participants, Market Makers, and Liquidity Providers Concentration Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

Authorized Participants, Market Makers, and Liquidity Providers Concentration Risk. The Fund has a limited number of financial institutions that are authorized to purchase and redeem Shares directly from the Fund (known as “Authorized Participants” or “APs”). In addition, there may be a limited number of market makers and/or liquidity providers in the marketplace. To the extent either of the following events occur, Shares may trade at a material discount to NAV and possibly face delisting: (i) APs exit the business or otherwise become unable to process creation and/or redemption orders and no other APs step forward to perform these services; or (ii) market makers and/or liquidity providers exit the business or significantly reduce their business activities and no other entities step forward to perform their functions.

VistaShares DIVBoost Dividend Leaders Distribution ETF | Cash Redemption Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

Cash Redemption Risk. The Fund’s investment strategy may require it to redeem Shares for cash or to otherwise include cash as part of its redemption proceeds. For example, the Fund may not be able to redeem in-kind certain securities held by the Fund (e.g., derivative instruments). In such a case, the Fund may be required to sell or unwind portfolio investments to obtain the cash needed to distribute redemption proceeds. This may cause the Fund to recognize a capital gain that it might not have recognized if it had made a redemption in-kind. As a result, the Fund may pay out higher annual capital gain distributions than if the in-kind redemption process was used. By paying out higher annual capital gain distributions, investors may be subjected to increased capital gains taxes. Additionally, there may be brokerage costs or taxable gains or losses that may be imposed on the Fund in connection with a cash redemption that may not have occurred if the Fund had made a redemption in-kind. These costs could decrease the value of the Fund to the extent they are not offset by a transaction fee payable by an AP.

VistaShares DIVBoost Dividend Leaders Distribution ETF | Costs of Buying or Selling Shares [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

Costs of Buying or Selling Shares. Buying or selling Shares involves certain costs, including brokerage commissions, other charges imposed by brokers, and bid-ask spreads. The bid-ask spread represents the difference between the price at which an investor is willing to buy Shares and the price at which an investor is willing to sell Shares. The spread varies over time based on the Shares’ trading volume and market liquidity. The spread is generally lower if Shares have more trading volume and market liquidity and higher if Shares have little trading volume and market liquidity. Due to the costs of buying or selling Shares, frequent trading of Shares may reduce investment results and an investment in Shares may not be advisable for investors who anticipate regularly making small investments.

VistaShares DIVBoost Dividend Leaders Distribution ETF | Shares May Trade at Prices Other Than NAV [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

Shares May Trade at Prices Other Than NAV. As with all ETFs, Shares may be bought and sold in the secondary market at market prices. Although it is expected that the market price of Shares will approximate the Fund’s NAV, there may be times when the market price of Shares is more than the NAV intra-day (premium) or less than the NAV intra-day (discount) due to supply and demand of Shares or during periods of market volatility. This risk is heightened in times of market volatility, periods of steep market declines, and periods when there is limited trading activity for Shares in the secondary market, in which case such premiums or discounts may be significant.

VistaShares DIVBoost Dividend Leaders Distribution ETF | Trading [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

Trading. Although Shares are listed on a national securities exchange, such as NYSE Arca, Inc. (the “Exchange”), and may be traded on U.S. exchanges other than the Exchange, there can be no assurance that an active trading market for the Shares will develop or be maintained or that the Shares will trade with any volume, or at all, on any stock exchange. In stressed market conditions, the liquidity of Shares may begin to mirror the liquidity of the Fund’s underlying portfolio holdings, which can be significantly less liquid than Shares. Shares trade on the Exchange at market price that may be below, at or above the Fund’s NAV. Trading in Shares on the Exchange may be halted due to market conditions or for reasons that, in the view of the Exchange, make trading in Shares inadvisable. In addition, trading in Shares on the Exchange is subject to trading halts caused by extraordinary market volatility pursuant to the Exchange “circuit breaker” rules. There can be no assurance that the requirements of the Exchange necessary to maintain the listing of the Fund will continue to be met or will remain unchanged. As a result, the Fund could be adversely affected and be unable to implement its investment strategies in the event of an unscheduled closing.

VistaShares DIVBoost Dividend Leaders Distribution ETF | High Portfolio Turnover Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

High Portfolio Turnover Risk. The Fund may actively and frequently trade all or a significant portion of the Fund’s holdings. A high portfolio turnover rate increases transaction costs, which may increase the Fund’s expenses. Frequent trading may also cause adverse tax consequences for investors in the Fund due to an increase in short-term capital gains.

VistaShares DIVBoost Dividend Leaders Distribution ETF | Inflation Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

Inflation Risk. Inflation risk is the risk that the value of assets or income from investments will be less in the future as inflation decreases the value of money. As inflation increases, the present value of the Fund’s assets and distributions, if any, may decline.

VistaShares DIVBoost Dividend Leaders Distribution ETF | Management Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]

Management Risk. The Fund is actively-managed and may not meet its investment objective based on the Adviser or Sub-Adviser’s success or failure to implement investment strategies for the Fund.

VistaShares DIVBoost Dividend Leaders Distribution ETF | Money Market Instrument Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

Money Market Instrument Risk. The Fund may use a variety of money market instruments for cash management purposes, including money market funds, depositary accounts and repurchase agreements. Repurchase agreements are contracts in which a seller of securities agrees to buy the securities back at a specified time and price. Repurchase agreements may be subject to market and credit risk related to the collateral securing the repurchase agreement. Money market instruments, including money market funds, may lose money through fees or other means.

VistaShares DIVBoost Dividend Leaders Distribution ETF | New Fund Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

New Fund Risk. The Fund is a recently organized management investment company with no operating history. As a result, prospective investors do not have a track record or history on which to base their investment decisions.

Prospectus [Line Items]

Newer Sub-Adviser Risk. VistaShares is a recently formed entity and has limited experience with managing an exchange-traded fund, which may limit the Sub-Adviser’s effectiveness.

VistaShares DIVBoost Dividend Leaders Distribution ETF | Operational Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

Operational Risk. The Fund is subject to risks arising from various operational factors, including, but not limited to, human error, processing and communication errors, errors of the Fund’s service providers, counterparties or other third-parties, failed or inadequate processes and technology or systems failures. The Fund relies on third-parties for a range of services, including custody. Any delay or failure relating to engaging or maintaining such service providers may affect the Fund’s ability to meet its investment objective. Although the Fund, Adviser, and Sub-Adviser seek to reduce these operational risks through controls and procedures, there is no way to completely protect against such risks.

VistaShares DIVBoost Dividend Leaders Distribution ETF | Tax Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

Tax Risk. The Fund intends to elect and to qualify each year to be treated as a RIC under Subchapter M of the Code. As a RIC, the Fund will not be subject to U.S. federal income tax on the portion of its net investment income and net capital gain that it distributes to Shareholders, provided that it satisfies certain requirements of the Code. If the Fund does not qualify as a RIC for any taxable year and certain relief provisions are not available, the Fund’s taxable income will be subject to tax at the Fund level and to a further tax at the shareholder level when such income is distributed.

VistaShares DIVBoost Dividend Leaders Distribution ETF | U.S. Government and U.S. Agency Obligations Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

U.S. Government and U.S. Agency Obligations Risk. The Fund may invest in securities issued by the U.S. government or its agencies or instrumentalities. U.S. Government obligations include securities issued or guaranteed as to principal and interest by the U.S. Government, its agencies or instrumentalities, such as the U.S. Treasury. Payment of principal and interest on U.S. Government obligations may be backed by the full faith and credit of the United States or may be backed solely by the issuing or guaranteeing agency or instrumentality itself. In the latter case, the investor must look principally to the agency or instrumentality issuing or guaranteeing the obligation for ultimate repayment, which agency or instrumentality may be privately owned. There can be no assurance that the U.S. Government would provide financial support to its agencies or instrumentalities (including government-sponsored enterprises) where it is not obligated to do so.

Swap Agreements. The use of swap transactions is a highly specialized activity, which involves investment techniques and risks different from those associated with ordinary portfolio securities transactions. The Fund relies on third-parties for a range of services, including custody. High Dividend Style Risk. While the Fund may hold securities of companies that have historically paid a high dividend yield, those companies may reduce or discontinue their dividends, thus reducing the yield of the Fund. Also, the market return of high dividend yield securities, in certain market conditions, may be worse than the market return of other investment strategies or the overall stock market.

VistaShares DIVBoost Sector Distribution ETF | Derivatives Risk [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost Sector Distribution ETF | Options Contracts [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost Sector Distribution ETF | Swap Agreements [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost Sector Distribution ETF | Counterparty Risk [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost Sector Distribution ETF | Cash Redemption Risk [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost Sector Distribution ETF | Costs of Buying or Selling Shares [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost Sector Distribution ETF | Shares May Trade at Prices Other Than NAV [Member]

Technology Sector Risk. The Fund will invest substantially in companies in the information technology sector, and therefore the performance of the Fund could be negatively impacted by events affecting this sector. Market or economic factors impacting technology companies and companies that rely heavily on technological advances could have a significant effect on the value of the Fund’s investments. The value of stocks of information technology companies and companies that rely heavily on technology is particularly vulnerable to rapid changes in technology product cycles, rapid product obsolescence, government regulation and competition, both domestically and internationally, including competition from foreign competitors with lower production costs. Stocks of information technology companies and companies that rely heavily on technology, especially those of smaller, less-seasoned companies, tend to be more volatile than the overall market. Information technology companies are heavily dependent on patent and intellectual property rights, the loss or impairment of which may adversely affect profitability.

VistaShares DIVBoost Utilities Distribution ETF | Authorized Participants, Market Makers, and Liquidity Providers Concentration Risk [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost Utilities Distribution ETF | Cash Redemption Risk [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost Utilities Distribution ETF | Costs of Buying or Selling Shares [Member]

The Fund relies on third-parties for a range of services, including custody.

VistaShares DIVBoost Utilities Distribution ETF | Utilities Sector Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

Utilities Sector Risk. Investments in the utilities sector at times may be limited to a relatively small number of issuers. Such investments may therefore be subject to greater risks and market fluctuations than a portfolio representing a broader range of industries. As an example of these risks, companies in the telecommunications and electric utilities industries have experienced substantial changes in the amount and type of regulation at the state and federal levels. While creating opportunities for some companies, it also has increased uncertainty for others with respect to future revenues and earnings. This trend may continue for some time and increased share price volatility may result. In addition, utilities companies may be significantly affected by government regulation, supply and demand of services or fuel, availability of financing, tax laws and regulations and environmental issues.

VistaShares DIVBoost Utilities Distribution ETF | XLU Risks [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

XLU Risks. The Fund invests in options contracts that are based on the value of an ETF, specifically XLU. This subjects the Fund to certain of the same risks as if it owned shares of XLU, as well as the types of instruments in which XLU invests, even though it does not. The value of XLU will fluctuate over time based on fluctuations in the values of the securities held by XLU, which may be affected by changes in general economic conditions, expectations for future growth and profits, interest rates and the supply and demand for those securities. Brokerage, tax and other expenses may negatively impact the performance of XLU and, in turn, the value of the Fund’s shares. Since XLU is an ETF, it is also subject to the same structural risks as the Fund, which is an ETF. By virtue of the Fund’s investments in options contracts that are based on the value of XLU, the Fund may also be subject to the following risks:

VistaShares DIVBoost Utilities Distribution ETF | Market Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]
  ● Market Risk. The Fund’s investment exposure through options on XLU is subject to changes in general economic conditions, overall market fluctuations, and the risks inherent in securities markets. Market values of the Fund’s options positions may be volatile and can change substantially due to factors including, but not limited to, economic growth or recession, changes in interest rates, inflation, changes in the actual or perceived creditworthiness of issuers, and general market liquidity. Geopolitical events such as war, military conflicts, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, public health crises, or other events could disrupt securities markets and adversely affect global economies and, in turn, the Fund’s options positions on XLU.

VistaShares DIVBoost Utilities Distribution ETF | Equity Investing Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]
  ● Equity Investing Risk. Because XLU invests primarily in equity securities, the Fund’s indirect exposure through options on XLU is subject to the risks associated with equity investing. The value of equity securities may increase or decrease, sometimes rapidly or unpredictably, due to issuer-specific developments or broader industry or market conditions. As a result, the value of the Fund’s options positions on XLU may fluctuate significantly.

VistaShares DIVBoost Utilities Distribution ETF | Utilities Sector Risks [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]
  ● Utilities Sector Risk. The Fund’s indirect exposure through XLU is concentrated in the utilities sector. As a result, the Fund’s performance will be closely tied to the performance of the utilities sector and subject to the risks associated with that sector. Utility companies are sensitive to supply and demand for their services, operating costs, regulatory and political developments, environmental compliance, interest rate changes, and liabilities for environmental or nuclear incidents. The value of utility securities often has an inverse relationship to changes in interest rates. Utilities undergoing deregulation may face greater competition, and events such as natural disasters, terrorist attacks, or government intervention may disrupt operations and negatively affect profitability. These risks may, in turn, adversely impact the value of the Fund’s options on XLU.

VistaShares DIVBoost Utilities Distribution ETF | Indexing Strategy/Index Tracking Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]
  ● Indexing Strategy/Index Tracking Risk. XLU seeks to track the performance of the Utilities Select Sector Index. Accordingly, the Fund’s indirect exposure through options on XLU is subject to the risks of passive index-tracking strategies. XLU may underperform actively managed funds and may be negatively impacted by errors in index data or construction, or by the costs of rebalancing its portfolio to reflect index changes. Such risks may adversely affect XLU’s performance and therefore the value of the Fund’s options.

VistaShares DIVBoost Utilities Distribution ETF | Large-Capitalization Securities Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]
  ● Large-Capitalization Securities Risk. Because XLU invests primarily in large-capitalization companies, the Fund’s indirect exposure through options on XLU is subject to the risks of investing in large-cap stocks. These companies may be slower to adapt to competitive or market changes than smaller firms and may not maintain the same growth potential.

VistaShares DIVBoost Utilities Distribution ETF | Non-Diversification Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]
  ● Non-Diversification Risk. XLU is classified as “non-diversified,” meaning it may hold a relatively small number of securities compared to diversified funds. As a result, the Fund’s indirect exposure through options on XLU may be more sensitive to declines in the value of individual securities and may experience greater volatility.

VistaShares DIVBoost Utilities Distribution ETF | Concentration Risk [Member]

Concentration Risk. The Fund’s investments will be concentrated in the utilities industry or the group of industries that comprise the Utilities sector. VistaShares DIVBoost Utilities Distribution ETF | Risk Nondiversified Status [Member]

Risk [Text Block]

Non-Diversification Risk. Because the Fund is “non-diversified,” it may invest a greater percentage of its assets in the securities of a single issuer or a smaller number of issuers than if it was a diversified fund. As a result, a decline in the value of an investment in a single issuer or a smaller number of issuers could cause the Fund’s overall value to decline to a greater degree than if the Fund held a more diversified portfolio.

VistaShares DIVBoost High Yield Bond Distribution ETF | Derivatives Risk [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost High Yield Bond Distribution ETF | Options Contracts [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost High Yield Bond Distribution ETF | Swap Agreements [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost High Yield Bond Distribution ETF | Counterparty Risk [Member]

  ○ Market Risk. The value of the Fund’s options on HYG may fluctuate due to general market conditions, economic downturns, interest rate changes, or geopolitical events such as war, terrorism, or pandemics. Prolonged or severe market disruptions can amplify these risks, resulting in heightened volatility or significant declines in the value of the Fund’s positions.

VistaShares DIVBoost High Yield Bond Distribution ETF | Concentration Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]
  ○ Concentration Risk. To the extent HYG is concentrated in high-yield corporate debt, the Fund is more susceptible to adverse events affecting this asset class than a more diversified strategy. Weakness in the high-yield bond market generally could therefore have a disproportionately large impact on the Fund’s performance.

VistaShares DIVBoost High Yield Bond Distribution ETF | High Yield Securities Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

High Yield Securities Risk. Securities rated below investment grade are often referred to as high yield securities or “junk bonds.” Investments in lower rated corporate debt securities typically entail greater price volatility and principal and income risk. High yield securities may be more susceptible to real or perceived adverse economic and competitive industry conditions than investment grade securities. The prices of high yield securities have been found to be more sensitive to adverse economic downturns or individual corporate developments. A projection of an economic downturn or of a period of rising interest rates, for example, could cause a decline in high yield security prices because the advent of a recession could lessen the ability of a highly leveraged company to make principal and interest payments on its debt securities. If an issuer of high yield securities defaults, in addition to risking payment of all or a portion of interest and principal, the Fund by investing in such securities may incur additional expenses to obtain recovery.

VistaShares DIVBoost High Yield Bond Distribution ETF | HYG Risks [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

HYG Risks. The Fund invests in options contracts that are based on the value of an ETF, specifically HYG. This subjects the Fund to certain of the same risks as if it owned shares of HYG, as well as the types of instruments in which HYG invests, even though it does not. The value of HYG will fluctuate over time based on fluctuations in the values of the securities held by HYG, which may be affected by changes in general economic conditions, expectations for future growth and profits, interest rates and the supply and demand for those securities. Brokerage, tax and other expenses may negatively impact the performance of HYG and, in turn, the value of the Fund’s shares. Since HYG is an ETF, it is also subject to the same structural risks as the Fund, which is an ETF. By virtue of the Fund’s investments in options contracts that are based on the value of HYG, the Fund may also be subject to the following risks:

VistaShares DIVBoost High Yield Bond Distribution ETF | High Yield Securities Risks [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]
  ○ High Yield Securities Risk. HYG invests in below-investment-grade bonds (“junk bonds”), which are considered speculative and subject to greater risks of default, illiquidity, price volatility, and valuation uncertainty than higher-rated debt. These securities may also be subordinated to other creditors, lack collateral or adequate protections, and often have limited or less reliable public information available to investors, making them riskier to evaluate and trade.

VistaShares DIVBoost High Yield Bond Distribution ETF | Credit Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]
  ○ Credit Risk. The Fund is indirectly exposed to the risk that issuers of bonds held by HYG may default or experience a downgrade, reducing the value and liquidity of those securities and increasing price volatility. Even the perception of deteriorating creditworthiness of an issuer can cause sharp declines in market value, and such events could lead to losses that affect the Fund’s options on HYG.

VistaShares DIVBoost High Yield Bond Distribution ETF | Income and Call Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]
  ○ Income and Call Risk. The income generated by HYG’s portfolio may decline if interest rates fall or if issuers call bonds before maturity, requiring reinvestment at lower yields. This reinvestment risk can reduce overall returns, and the substitution of bonds in HYG’s index may expose the Fund to lower-yielding or higher-risk securities.

VistaShares DIVBoost High Yield Bond Distribution ETF | Interest Rate Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]
  ○ Interest Rate Risk. Rising interest rates generally cause bond prices to decline, and long-maturity securities are typically more sensitive to rate changes. Periods of very low or negative interest rates may also constrain returns, and sudden or unexpected rate shifts can increase volatility and impair liquidity in high-yield markets.

VistaShares DIVBoost High Yield Bond Distribution ETF | Index and Tracking Error Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]
  ○ Index and Tracking Error Risk. Because HYG seeks to track an underlying index, the Fund is indirectly exposed to risks that the index methodology or data may be flawed, or that HYG’s performance may deviate from its index due to transaction costs, timing differences, or unusual market conditions. Errors in index computation or delays in rebalancing can further impact performance and increase the risk of divergence from expected returns.

VistaShares DIVBoost High Yield Bond Distribution ETF | Liquidity and Valuation Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]
  ○ Liquidity and Valuation Risk. Some securities in HYG may trade in less liquid or volatile markets, making them harder to sell or accurately value. Limited liquidity can lead to wider bid-ask spreads and greater price fluctuations, which may negatively impact the valuation of the Fund’s options on HYG.

VistaShares DIVBoost High Yield Bond Distribution ETF | Operational Risks [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]
  ○ Operational Risk. HYG and its issuers may be subject to operational or technology failures, including cybersecurity incidents, which could negatively impact valuations. Breakdowns in systems, human error, or failures by service providers could disrupt index replication and in turn impair the performance of the Fund’s indirect exposure.

VistaShares DIVBoost High Yield Bond Distribution ETF | Fixed Income Securities Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

Fixed Income Securities Risk. The prices of fixed income securities respond to economic developments, particularly interest rate changes, as well as to changes in an issuer’s credit rating or market perceptions about the creditworthiness of an issuer. In general, the market price of fixed income securities with longer maturities will increase or decrease more in response to changes in interest rates than shorter-term securities. Changes in government intervention may have adverse effects on investments, volatility, and illiquidity in debt markets. These changes could cause the Fund’s net asset value to fluctuate or make it more difficult for the Fund to accurately value its securities. The Fund may invest in fixed income securities that are newly issued with no trading history. There is no guarantee that such fixed income securities will trade with any volume. How specific fixed income securities may react to changes in interest rates will depend on the specific characteristics of each security.

VistaShares DIVBoost High Yield Bond Distribution ETF | Interest Rate Risks [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

Interest Rate Risk. Generally, the value of fixed income securities will change inversely with changes in interest rates. As interest rates rise, the market value of fixed income securities tends to decrease. Conversely, as interest rates fall, the market value of fixed income securities tends to increase. This risk will be greater for long-term securities than for short-term securities. In addition, the interest rates payable on floating rate securities are not fixed and may fluctuate based upon changes in market rates. The interest rate on a floating rate security is a variable rate which is tied to another interest rate. Floating rate securities are subject to interest rate risk and credit risk.

VistaShares DIVBoost High Yield Bond Distribution ETF | Prepayment Risk [Member]
Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]

Prepayment Risk. The issuer of certain securities may repay principal in advance, especially when yields fall. Changes in the rate at which prepayments occur can affect the return on investment of these securities. When debt obligations are prepaid or when securities are called, the Fund may have to reinvest in securities with a lower yield. The Fund also may fail to recover additional amounts (i.e., premiums) paid for securities with higher coupons, resulting in an unexpected capital loss.

Credit Risk. An issuer or guarantor of debt instruments or the counterparty to a derivatives contract may be unable or unwilling to make its timely interest and/or principal payments or to otherwise honor its obligations. Debt instruments are subject to varying degrees of credit risk, which may be reflected in their credit ratings. There is the chance that the Fund’s portfolio holdings will have their credit ratings downgraded or will default (i.e., fail to make scheduled interest or principal payments), potentially reducing the Fund’s income level or share price.

VistaShares DIVBoost High Yield Bond Distribution ETF | Liquidity Risk [Member]

Risk [Text Block]

Liquidity Risk. The Fund is subject to the risk that a particular investment may be difficult to purchase or sell and that the Fund may be unable to sell illiquid investments at an advantageous time or price or achieve its desired level of exposure to a certain investment. Liquidity risk may result from the lack of an active market, reduced number and capacity of traditional market participants to make a market in fixed income securities, and may be magnified in a rising interest rate environment or other circumstances where investor redemptions from fixed income funds may be higher than normal, causing increased supply in the market due to selling activity.

There is also the risk that the Fund may suffer losses due to the investment practices of the Underlying ETFs. Additionally, Underlying ETFs are also subject to the “ETF Risks” described above.

VistaShares DIVBoost REIT Distribution ETF | Derivatives Risk [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost REIT Distribution ETF | Options Contracts [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost REIT Distribution ETF | Swap Agreements [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost REIT Distribution ETF | Counterparty Risk [Member]

In a declining stock market, stock prices for all companies (including those in the Fund’s portfolio) may decline, regardless of their long-term prospects.

VistaShares DIVBoost REIT Distribution ETF | Authorized Participants, Market Makers, and Liquidity Providers Concentration Risk [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost REIT Distribution ETF | Cash Redemption Risk [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost REIT Distribution ETF | Costs of Buying or Selling Shares [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost REIT Distribution ETF | Shares May Trade at Prices Other Than NAV [Member]

REITs Risks. A REIT is a company that owns or finances income-producing real estate and meets certain requirements under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”), as more fully described in the Fund’s Statement of Additional Information (“SAI”). Through its investments in REITs, the Fund is subject to the risks of investing in the real estate market, including decreases in property revenues, increases in interest rates, increases in property taxes and operating expenses, legal and regulatory changes, a lack of credit or capital, defaults by borrowers or tenants, environmental problems and natural disasters.

REITs are subject to additional risks, including those related to adverse governmental actions; declines in property value and the real estate market; the potential failure to qualify for tax-free pass through of income; and exemption from registration as an investment company. REITs are dependent upon specialized management skills and may invest in relatively few properties, a small geographic area, or a small number of property types. As a result, investments in REITs may be volatile. To the extent the Fund invests in REITs concentrated in specific geographic areas or property types, the Fund may be subject to a greater loss as a result of adverse developments affecting such area or property types. REITs are pooled investment vehicles with their own fees and expenses and the Fund will indirectly bear a proportionate share of those fees and expenses.

The value of IYR will fluctuate over time based on fluctuations in the values of the securities held by IYR, which may be affected by changes in general economic conditions, expectations for future growth and profits, interest rates and the supply and demand for those securities. Brokerage, tax and other expenses may negatively impact the performance of IYR and, in turn, the value of the Fund’s shares. Since IYR is an ETF, it is also subject to the same structural risks as the Fund, which is an ETF. By virtue of the Fund’s investments in options contracts that are based on the value of IYR, the Fund may also be subject to the following risks:

Prospectus [Line Items]
Risk [Text Block]
  ● Risk of Investing in the United States. Investments in U.S. issuers are subject to legal, regulatory, political, currency, security and economic risks specific to the United States. Adverse developments in the U.S., such as a weakening of the U.S. economy, political or regulatory changes, or a downturn in U.S. financial markets, could negatively impact U.S. issuers.

  ● Real Estate Companies Risk. Real estate companies, including REITs, real estate holding and operating companies, and real estate management or development companies, are subject to the risks associated with the direct ownership of real estate as well as risks related to the manner in which such companies operate. Real estate values and revenues can be highly sensitive to general and local economic conditions, competitive pressures, and periods of overbuilding. Additional risks include declines in property values, tax and regulatory changes, zoning restrictions, casualty or condemnation losses, environmental liabilities, defaults by borrowers or tenants, and regulatory limitations on rent or eviction. Real estate companies may also concentrate their investments in a particular geographic area, sector or property type and may employ significant leverage, which can magnify losses and increase sensitivity to rising interest rates.

  ● Equity Securities Risk. Equity securities are subject to market fluctuations in response to the activities of individual issuers and general market and economic conditions. The value of equity securities may decline due to factors affecting an issuer, an industry, or the equity markets generally. Common stock is subordinate to preferred stock and debt in a company’s capital structure and therefore carries the greatest risk with respect to the payment of dividends and in the event of liquidation.

  ● Index-Related Risk. The index tracked may be subject to errors in construction, methodology or data, which may not be identified or corrected by the index provider. Information relied upon by the index provider may be based on assumptions or estimates that prove to be inaccurate. Market disruptions or other extraordinary events could cause the index provider to delay scheduled rebalances or otherwise deviate from expected index practices, resulting in index performance that diverges from intended outcomes.

  ● Concentration Risk. Concentration in the real estate sector exposes the index and related investments to a greater degree of risk from adverse sector-specific developments than a strategy that invests more broadly across sectors. Negative events affecting U.S. real estate companies may therefore have a proportionally greater impact on performance.

VistaShares DIVBoost Energy Distribution ETF | Derivatives Risk [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost Energy Distribution ETF | Options Contracts [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost Energy Distribution ETF | Swap Agreements [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost Energy Distribution ETF | Counterparty Risk [Member]

In a declining stock market, stock prices for all companies (including those in the Fund’s portfolio) may decline, regardless of their long-term prospects.

VistaShares DIVBoost Energy Distribution ETF | Economic and Market Risk [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost Energy Distribution ETF | Authorized Participants, Market Makers, and Liquidity Providers Concentration Risk [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost Energy Distribution ETF | Cash Redemption Risk [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost Energy Distribution ETF | Costs of Buying or Selling Shares [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost Energy Distribution ETF | Shares May Trade at Prices Other Than NAV [Member]

VistaShares DIVBoost Energy Distribution ETF | Trading [Member]

High Portfolio Turnover Risk. The Fund may actively and frequently trade all or a significant portion of the Fund’s holdings.

  ● Market Risk. The Fund’s investment exposure through options on XLE is subject to changes in general economic conditions, overall market fluctuations, and the risks inherent in securities markets. Market values of the Fund’s options positions may be volatile and can change substantially due to factors including, but not limited to, economic growth or recession, changes in interest rates, inflation, changes in the actual or perceived creditworthiness of issuers, and general market liquidity. Geopolitical events such as war, military conflicts, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, public health crises, or other events could disrupt securities markets and adversely affect global economies and, in turn, the Fund’s options positions on XLE.

  ● Indexing Strategy/Index Tracking Risk. XLE seeks to track the performance of the Energy Select Sector Index. Accordingly, the Fund’s indirect exposure through options on XLE is subject to the risks of passive index-tracking strategies. XLE may underperform actively managed funds and may be negatively impacted by errors in index data or construction, or by the costs of rebalancing its portfolio to reflect index changes. Such risks may adversely affect XLE’s performance and therefore the value of the Fund’s options.

Energy Sector Risks. The energy sector is a major emitter of greenhouse gases, its activities may significantly impact the supply and demand of emissions allowances. For instance, further advances in renewable energy technology, improved efficiency of energy usage and/or unusually warm weather patterns may result in an increase in supply and/or decrease in demand for such allowances which in turn could possibly have a negative impact on the NAV of the Fund. Additionally, investments in or exposure to the energy sector may be volatile and change quickly and unpredictably in value due to a number of factors, including legislative or regulatory changes, increased market competition or other events that the Fund cannot control.

These markets can also be influenced or manipulated by large producers or purchasers. Companies in the energy sector may need to make substantial capital expenditures and may assume significant debt to maintain or expand reserves, which increases financial risk. Exploration and production activities are sensitive to natural disasters, interest and exchange rate changes, regulatory and political developments, global events, and economic conditions, and companies in the sector may also face liabilities for environmental damage.
