| Performance Narrative [Text Block] | On February 8, 2016, the Fund was reorganized from a series of Cottonwood Mutual Funds, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Predecessor Fund”), to a series of the Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Reorganization”). The bar chart and table on the following page provide some indication of the risks of investing in the Fund by showing changes in the Fund’s and the Predecessor Fund’s performance from year to year and by showing how the Fund’s average annual returns for the periods indicated compare with those of a broad measure of market performance. The Fund’s and the Predecessor Fund’s past performance (before and after taxes) is not necessarily an indication of how the Fund will perform in the future. Updated performance information is available at https://lonepeakglobal.com/fundreports or by calling toll-free 800-673-0550. The bar chart below shows the annual returns for the Fund’s Investor Class shares for each of the last ten full calendar years of the Fund and the Predecessor Fund. The performance of the Fund’s Institutional Class shares and Super Institutional Class shares will differ from the Investor Class shares returns shown in the bar chart because the expenses of the Classes differ.
