Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On January 26, 2026, we completed the sale of our rare pediatric disease PRV for total cash consideration of $200.0 million. We are entitled to 50% of the post-tax proceeds with the remainder due to the former stockholders of Oncoceutics, Inc., which was acquired by Chimerix in 2021. We received the PRV in connection with the approval of Modeyso by FDA for the treatment of adult and pediatric patients 1 year of age and older with diffuse midline glioma harboring an H3 K27M mutation in August 2025.
