Commitment and contingencies Commitments As part of the acquisition of Antev, the Company may be required to make future payments contingent on the achievement of specified milestones. These potential payments represent a commitment and may result in future cash outflows. As these milestones conditions are not considered probable, the Company has not recognized liability related to the contingent consideration. As of December 31, 2025, the Company had no long-term commitments. Contingencies In the ordinary course of business, from time to time, the Company may be involved in various claims related to operations, rights, commercial, employment or other claims. Although such matters cannot be predicted with certainty, management does not consider the Company's exposure to such claims to be material to these consolidated financial statements.
