1. Organization and Principal Activities Baozun Inc. (the “Company”) was incorporated under the laws of Cayman Islands on December 17, 2013. The Company, its subsidiaries and its variable interest entity (the “VIE”) (collectively referred to as the “Group”) are principally engaged to provide its customers with end-to-end e-commerce solutions including the sales of apparel, home and electronic products, online store design and setup, visual merchandising and marketing, online store operations, customer services, warehousing and order fulfillment, as well as the holistic brand management, including strategy and tactic positioning, branding and marketing, retail and e-commerce operations, supply chain and logistics, and technology empowerment.
