| Warrants issued Description | GR Unlimited entered into a consulting agreement with Vireo Growth Inc. (formerly Goodness Growth Inc.) (“Vireo Growth”). As part of this strategic agreement, Vireo Growth issued the Company 10,000,000 warrants to purchase 10,000,000 subordinate voting shares of Vireo Growth, with a strike price equal to $0.233 (CAD$0.317), being a 25.0 percent premium to the 10-day volume weighted average price (“VWAP”) of Vireo Growth’s subordinate voting shares prior to the effective date of the consulting agreement (“Vireo Warrants”). | GR Unlimited entered into a consulting agreement with Vireo Growth Inc.
