Notes Payable	Note 5 – Notes Payable: Information related to NNN's notes payable is included in NNN's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025. There were no issuances or repayments of long-term fixed rate debt during the six months ended June 30, 2026. At June 30, 2026, NNN was in compliance with each of the financial covenants.
